Why can't I log in to Steer?

If you’re having trouble logging in to Steer, several factors could be causing the problem. Here are some common reasons and potential solutions:

Incorrect Credentials
Double check that you are entering the correct email and password.
Make sure that the Caps Lock Key is off.
Make sure that there are no typos in your credentials.

Internet Connection
Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. If your internet connection is unstable, it may prevent you from logging in.

Browser Issues
Try to clear your browser’s cache.

New User
You might not have completed the registration process yet. Check your email for the invitation Steer sent you.
Complete the registration by providing your name and entering your password.

Forgot password
Click on the Forgot Password on the Login page.
