Why can't I add a user to a project?

If you’re having trouble adding a user to your project in Steer, several potentials issues could be causing the problem. Here are some common reasons and solutions:

User not Found
Check if the user has been invited to join your company in Steer.
If haven't, send them an invitation to join Steer. For detailed instructions on inviting users to Steer, refer to this link.
Double check the email address of the user you’re trying to add to avoid any typos.

User is not Registered
Make sure the user you want to add has completed registration in Steer.

User is Already a Member
Check the list of current project members to confirm if the user is already included.

Project Member Limit Reached
Your project might have reached the maximum number of members allowed.

Insufficient Permissions
You might not have the necessary permission to add users to the project.
Check with the project admin/or owner to ensure you have the correct permissions. Only the project admin/owner can add or manage project members.

Technical Issue
There might be a technical problem or glitch preventing you from adding the user.
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser.
