Submitting Problems Encountered

The Problems Encountered section covers how to document them, detailing where they arise. Clearly define the problem, provide relevant details, and update the status accordingly for well-informed decision making and efficient resolution.
On the Daily Activity Report menu, tap Problems Encountered where you can view, add and manage problems.
You will be taken where a list of ongoing problems will be displayed.
Note: To edit an existing problem, tap on the specific item from the list and make any necessary adjustments to update the item.
Tap on the Add button to add a new item of problem encountered.
Note: The status of a newly added items is automatically set to Ongoing. You can change it if necessary.
In the Problems Encountered field, describe the issue you have encountered.
Choose the Type of problem from the dropdown.
Select the person to Assign this problem from the dropdown.
Tap the appropriate Status to determine whether the problem is Ongoing or Resolved.
Note: Submitted reports from previous days are visible on the list, unless the issue is marked as resolved. If a problem is marked as Resolved, you need to fill in the Action Taken field.
Specify the Actions that need to be taken to address the problem.
Tap on X to cancel or tap on Save to confirm your entry.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, allowing you to Save and Submit a New Item, Save and Exit, or Cancel. This will route you back to the Daily Activity Report menu.

On the Daily Activity Report menu, tap Problems Encountered where you can view, add and manage problems.
You will be taken where a list of ongoing problems will be displayed.
