Submitting an Accomplishment Report

Submit accomplishment reports seamlessly using the Steer mobile app. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to select work items and enter quantities directly on your mobile device. Accomplishment reports will automatically update the SOV, including the changes to the status and quantities to monitor usage of work items.
Under the Work Items list, tick the specific items used. You can also see the available remaining quantity of each work item in the Remaining Quantity field.
You can use the Search bar for a quick search.
Once you have finished selecting the items, tap on Save.
Indicate the week number on the Select Week field.
Tap Covered From and Covered To to specify the dates covered in your accomplishment report.
Under the Work Items section, you will see the items previously selected. If more items need to be added, tap on the List icon. This will redirect you back to the list of work items accessed previously.
In the Quantity boxes next to each item, type in the quantity that was used.
You may notice the percentages per work item, which are automatically computed whenever a quantity is specified.
In the Submitted by section, fill in the Remarks field if necessary.
Input your Signature in the area provided. Tap the Reset icon to clear and re-sign. To remove the signature, tap on ❌.
To complete your accomplishment report, tap on Submit.
A pop-up will appear and asks for confirmation. Tap Confirm.
Another pop-up will confirm the item was submitted. Click OK to exit.
