SOV Setup

To start using the Accomplishment Report in Steer, first you need to set up your Schedule of Values (SOV) to accurately reflect the work items in the Steer mobile app for submission of accomplishment reports.
Log in to Steer and select the project where you need to set up the SOV.
On the Project Dashboard, locate and click on Modules in the sidebar menu.
Select Accomplishment Report from the list. You will be directed to an empty page where you can proceed to set up the SOV.
Download the provided template by clicking on Download Template.
Adjust your spreadsheet to align the downloaded template.
Once done, import your spreadsheet into Steer by clicking on Import File and wait for the pop up confirming your spreadsheet has been imported successfully. Click OK to reload the page.
Once the page has refreshed, you will find the Settings where you need to configure your Report Quick Input Reference by selecting either By Unit Quantity or By Percentage.
Manage Permissions by selecting which users can view the scope of work master table by ticking the respective boxes next to their names.
Click Save to confirm changes.
Click on the arrow next to the Schedule of Values to open it.
You have an option to reimport the uploaded schedule of values if there is no accomplishment report submitted yet.
Clicking on View All allows you to see the complete log history within the accomplishment report.
