Setting Up Scope of Work

The Scope of Work (SOW) is a crucial document as it defines the project boundaries and specifies what is included and excluded from the work. This ensures that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the project requirements and responsibilities. In this article, we will walk you through how to add and manage Scope of Work.
Instructions:
To upload your scope of work, follow these steps:
In adding a contract, click on Scope of Work
Select download template, the download will begin shortly and wait for it to finish. The template will be used to validate files data.
After downloading the template, open the file.
If you are unable to enable edit, follow the instructions below. If not, go to 4.
3.1 Locate the downloaded template file
3.2 Right click the downloaded template file
3.3 Click on Properties
3.4 Under the security, check unblock
3.5 After checking unblock, click Apply to save changes.
3.6 Return to the downloaded template, which you should now be able to edit.
Click on Template
Input the data and complete all fields.
If you already have an existing data from another template, copy it manually or paste it onto the downloaded template.
After populating the template section, go back to Main tab.
Click validate template to see conditions.
If there are errors, click on Template section and review the highlighted data to identify and correct the issues.
After validating template, click on** generate file** and save it.
If need to start over, click Clear Template to input new data for validation.
Import the generated import file from the template.
To complete setting up your Scope of Work, click Save
