Registering your company on Steer is the first step towards organizing your team and construction projects efficiently. In this article, we’ll walk you through the simple process from company registration, selecting solutions that suit company requirements and adding users.
In the registration process, there are several steps that need to be completed. To set up your company Steer account, follow these steps:
Here you will need to provide important information about your company.
Input your Email Address. This email serves as the primary contact for administrative purposes within the company account in Steer.
Input the Company Name.
Important Notes:
The system will detect if the entered email domain is already registered.
If the email domain matches an existing company on Steer, the company name will be suggested.
If the company name is already registered, you cannot proceed with the registration. A prompt will ask you to contact your Admin.
By entering your email address, you are automatically the Admin in your company. You may transfer this role to someone else later on.
Specify the Country where the company is located from the dropdown.
Input a Contact Number. This number will be used for SMS verification, and a verification code will be sent to it.
Click Next to proceed.
A prompt will appear stating that an SMS verification code has been sent to the phone number provided.
Enter the verification code received in its designated field.
Click Verify to confirm the code and proceed to the next section.
Here you will need to add users to the company Steer account.
Enter the email addresses of the individuals you need to invite.
Click the ➕ plus sign every time you add a user.
Here you will review the information you have provided.
If everything looks good, simply click Register
🎉 Congratulations! You are now set to receive your daily activity report at no cost.
Check your email and click the link provided to complete the registration.
Click on Go Back to Home to exit.
Here is where you finalize the registration process by providing your personal information and setting up a password. Click the provided link from the email sent to you to complete this step.
Fill in the fields provided for your First Name and Last Name.
Enter your desired password in the New Password field.
Retype your password in the Confirm Password field to ensure accuracy.
Click Proceed. You will be redirected and required you to create your first project.
