Exploring Charts in Steer

Charts are visual representations that show the progress of a project during its entire duration. These charts provide information on weather, labor and manpower involved crucial for tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring project success.

Completion

The completion chart displays the percentage of work that has been completed compared to the remaining tasks in a project. It provides a clear overview of project progress, helping teams quickly assess how much work is done and what still needs to be finished.

Project Cost Performance

This chart represents the Planned Cost, the expected cost based on all the items added from Cost Item Setup. And the Actual Cost, reflects the real expenditure that has incurred. By comparing these two values, the chart helps to track budget adherence and identify any variances between the projected and actual costs.

Project Performance (S-Curve)

Problems/CTAs Ageing

This chart involves monitoring the duration that problems and Calls to Action (CTAs) have been unresolved. It helps identify delays and inefficiencies, allowing for prioritization and timely intervention to address or resolve these issues before they escalate.

Problems/CTAs Ageing by Type

This chart analyzes how the aging of problems and CTAs varies across different categories or types. By examining trends and patterns specific to each type—such as technical issues, customer service requests, or strategic actions—organizations can target their management efforts more effectively and address category-specific challenges.
