Why can't I add a user to a project?

If you’re having trouble adding a user to your project in Steer, several potentials issues could be causing the problem. Here are some common reasons and solutions:
- **User not Found **
- Check if the user has been invited to join your company in Steer.
- If haven't, send them an invitation to join Steer. For detailed instructions on inviting users to Steer, refer to this link.
- Double check the email address of the user you’re trying to add to avoid any typos.
- User is not Registered
- Make sure the user you want to add has completed registration in Steer.
- User is Already a Member
- Check the list of current project members to confirm if the user is already included.
- Project Member Limit Reached
- Your project might have reached the maximum number of members allowed.
- Insufficient Permissions
- You might not have the necessary permission to add users to the project.
- Check with the project admin/or owner to ensure you have the correct permissions. Only the project admin/owner can add or manage project members.
- **Technical Issue **
- There might be a technical problem or glitch preventing you from adding the user.
- Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser.
