Why are some features on my Steer mobile app not available or not showing?

There are several reasons why certain features on your Steer mobile app may not be available or visible. Here are some common causes and solutions:
- App Version
- You may be using an outdated version of the Steer mobile app.
- Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and check for updates.
- If an update is available, update to the latest version to resolve issues with missing features.
- If the issue persists, uninstall the Steer app from your device and reinstall it.
- Network Connection
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile data.
- Server Maintenance
- The Steer app might be experiencing temporary server issues or having system maintenance.
- Close the app and wait for a few minutes then try accessing it again.
*If the issue persists, contact the CS support for updates on any ongoing maintenance or issues.
- Feature Availability
- Some features might only be available on the web version or mobile version of Steer.
- Check the Steer helpdesk to see features that are exclusively to the mobile app.
- If the feature is only available on the web version, you may need to access it via web browser.
- User Permissions
- Your account may not have the necessary permissions to access certain features.
- Some features are restricted to admins and are not accessible to regular users.
