Reset Account Password



Forgotten your Steer account password? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps on resetting your password. By following these steps, you’ll be back in your account and ready to go in no time.

On the Steer login page, click on the Forgot Password.

Type in the email address associated with your Steer account.
Click on Submit.

A confirmation pop-up will appear saying, “Change password request sent.”
Click OK. The password reset link is sent to the email address you entered.

Go to your email inbox and look for an email from Steer. Then, click on the provided hyperlink. This will redirect you to the Change Password page.
Type in your New Password. Then, retype it in the Confirm Password field. Your password should have at least 6 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit, 1 non-alphanumeric.
Click the Change Password button.

A notification will appear saying, “Password changed successfully, you will be redirected to login shortly."

Once directed, log in using your newly created password.
