Adding a Contract to your project


In this article, we will walk you through on how to add a contract. To start adding a contract to your project, follow the instructions below.


  1. Go to your Project and Click Contracts

  1. Click the ➕ plus icon and a pop-up form will appear

  1. Input Necessary Information


  • Name
  • Contract No.
  • Types - Select the type from the dropdown
  • Status - Select the status from the dropdown
  • Contract Amount
In the contract amount, negative numbers will not be accepted by the system


  • Owner
  • Contractor/Vendor
  • Date Created
  • Start Date and Estimated Completion Date
  • Project Duration


Optional Informations:


  • Description
  • Execution Date
  • Attachments (Signed Document)

  1. After you are done inputting all the necessary information, click Save
