In this article, we will walk you through how to access and utilize the Daily Activity Report (DAR) workflow in Steer mobile app.

Instructions:

To start creating your daily activity report, follow these initial steps.

Log in to Steer mobile and select the project where you need to submit a daily activity report.

Tap on the Daily Activity Report to access the form where you will find different sections covered for reporting daily activities.

The **Date **is automatically set to the current date. Tap on it to modify, if necessary.

Enter a Report Overview before clicking Review & Send Report. As this is required to complete setting up the daily activity report.

After completing your registration on Steer, it is required to start creating the company’s first project. Upon clicking on Get Started this will redirect you to the Project Creation Wizard. Here is the step-by-step process you need to follow:

Step 1: Project Details

Fill in the necessary project details:

Name
Type – Select the project type from the dropdown.
Start and End Date – Set the project’s start and end dates by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a date.

If you want to provide more information about the project, click on Add More Details. Fill in these fields:

Description
Client
Location
Original Budget
Current Budget
Thumbnail – To select an image, click on Click to Upload Image, and the image will be automatically uploaded image as the project’s thumbnail.

Click Next.

Step 2: Inclusions

Choose the modules you want to include by ticking the corresponding box next to it.
Click Next.

Step 3: Members

Here, you will select which individual will be involved in the project.

This section from the Daily Activity Report (DAR) workflow helps document daily weather reports occurring on-site or within a project. Create and submit these reports efficiently using the Steer mobile app.

Instructions:

On the Daily Activity Report menu, tap Weather Report to open the weather condition details.

Simply select the number that best reflects the weather conditions for that specific time.

Fig. 2: Weather Report Form 3. Alternatively, clicking on a specific time will redirect you to a page where you can also choose the weather condition for that time period using the dropdown menu.

Registering your company on Steer is the first step towards organizing your team and construction projects efficiently. In this article, we’ll walk you through the simple process from company registration, selecting solutions that suit company requirements and adding users.

In the registration process, there are several steps that need to be completed. To set up your company Steer account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Company Details

Here you will need to provide important information about your company.

Input your Email Address. This email serves as the primary contact for administrative purposes within the company account in Steer.
Input the **Company Name. **

Important Notes:

The system will detect if the entered email domain is already registered.
If the email domain matches an existing company on Steer, the company name will be suggested.
If the company name is already registered, you cannot proceed with the registration. A prompt will ask you to contact your Admin.
By entering your email address, you are automatically the Admin in your company. You may transfer this role to someone else later on.

Specify the **Country **where the company is located from the dropdown.
Input a Contact Number. This number will be used for SMS verification, and a verification code will be sent to it.
Click **Next **to proceed
